Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. (100%)
Partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. (50%)
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled booking.
In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
